Program Educational Objectives (PEO's)


PEO-1 Become knowledgeable in chemistry, microbiology, and basic engineering to address issues that arise in the dairy industry.
PEO-2 Determine, define, and conduct an analysis of complicated process, preservation, and packaging-related dairy engineering problems.

Program Specific Objectives (PSO's)


PSO-1 To train qualified technical and managerial personnel for the dairy industry, as well as for research and development organisations.
PSO-2 To provide skilled employees with the entrepreneurship skills needed to start, run, and manage small and medium dairy processing businesses in line with the institution's aim to support "Creation of Rural Employment" and "Technology for Self Reliance."
PSO-3 To provide graduates with the necessary understanding of dairy processing equipment design and manufacture in order to mechanise existing technologies
